About Ryan
I’m proud to call Ankeny home, where my wife Jayna and I are raising our four kids—Hayes, Reese, Hank and Jae. I grew up on a farm in small-town Iowa, and those roots shaped who I am today. Hard work, honesty, and showing up for people aren’t just values I talk about—they’re how I run my business every day.
Real estate, to me, is more than just transactions. It’s about helping people navigate some of the biggest transitions in their lives. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or selling a place full of memories, I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is simple: make the process as smooth, straightforward, and stress-free as possible—while putting you in the best position to win.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, usually around something competitive or loud. I’m a sprint car racing superfan, Knoxville Raceway may be my favorite place in the world. Okoboji find itself a close 2nd. I love spending time with friends and family around the lake. Fall saturdays are focused on Iowa Hawkeyes football, and Sundays… well, our house is a little divided between the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers.
At the end of the day, I’m just a typical Iowan who believes in doing things the right way, building real relationships, and being someone my clients can trust long after the deal is done.
