About Weichert, Realtors® - The 515 Agency

In early 2014 Matt Posusta & Ryan Hoover met and started a partnership known as “515 Realtors”. While unsure how they would get there or what exactly it would look like they had the big goal in mind of opening up a Brokerage at some point in the future. Fortunately their journey took them through a couple great brokerages where they met great people, great mentors and helped them to gain a wealth of experience while they worked very hard to deliver results and happy clients! Along the way they were able to establish a great partnership with some like minded business/industry professionals from a different market and together they opened up 515 Real Estate & Insurance in 2018.
515 REI was a 100% independent brokerage; focused on becoming as agent centric as possible. Shortly after 515 opened its doors they launched a full service Property Management division, which took off!! As the property management became a bigger part of their business they developed a Real Estate Investing division as well; catering to new & established investors who wanted to grow/diversify their portfolios. Being a true ‘one stop shop’ and extending the client relationship has been an amazing experience and truly differentiates them from the competition. Numbers are growing aggressively, and investors are strengthening their portfolios creating better long term wealth!
One thing that slowed a bit during the rapid growth in Property Management and Real Estate Investing was the Real Estate sales division. Matt & Ryan discovered Weichert, Realtors® and learned all about the industry leading training, national exposure, systems, resources and marketing that Weichert offered and they decided to acquire an independently owned franchise.
In November, 2019 “Weichert, Realtors® - The 515 Agency” was born!
This new franchise system allows them to offer agents & clients a level of support that was not currently available in the Central Iowa market. Acquiring the national exposure, industry leading tools/marketing/resources and leverage while remaining a local independently owned brokerage = no brainer for their clients, their agents and their communities!!
